Orders placed by 12:00 pm are usually shipped same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will ship the next business day.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders are shipped from Torquay, Victoria
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Items returned incomplete or not in “like new” condition (including packaging) will be subject to return to the customer or a $30 per item ($60 on dual band models) refurbishing fee at our discretion.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns MUST be shipped to the address you will be provided and include your RMA number. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
NOVA WIRELESS LIMITED CUSTOMER WARRANTY
NoVA Wireless warrants that, beginning on the date of shipment by Nova wireless to the original purchaser (“Customer”), and ending one year thereafter, the Open Mesh hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
NoVA’s only obligation, and Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty will be, at NoVA’s option, repair or replacement of a defective unit or a refund of the price paid to NoVA for the defective unit. The warranty will be effective only if Customer returns the defective unit or units of hardware to NoVA, freight and insurance prepaid, within the one-year warranty period. Customer will not return any unit of hardware to NoVA Wireless unless Customer first receives a return materials authorization number from Support ([email protected]). NoVA’s warranty will not apply if the hardware (a) has been altered, (b) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress or misuse, or (c) was improperly installed.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, OPEN MESH MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
